Polypropylene


As base film we use a biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP film) made especially for metallizing which has high mechanical strength and good dielectric properties.

This film can be metallized either with pure aluminum (99.98 %), zinc or zinc-aluminum alloy.

The electric resistance (metallization strength) and the kind of metallization will be according to the customer's requirements.

Here are our standard kinds of metallization available:

One side metallization with margin right / left
One side metallization with heavy edge type BLEND and margin right / left
Internal 2-section series with one side metallization
Internal 2-section series with one side metallization and heavy edge type BLEND


Other designs like multiple internal series, step, tapered and segment metallization and many others on request.
